We live in a generation where people are used to watching television. They're used to getting information from the internet in short snippets. So we have to be creative about how we present the client's case to a jury. How are we going to be most effective in portraying the client's case in often what's a very complex matter to a jury in ways that they can understand?
Whether that's through animations, whether that's through video depositions, we're really looking for a way to give the client an edge in today's technology.
